    I felt so upset when I return my two faulty items to the above store. I bought both items in Sep 2016, but my husband only wore the shirt twice, yesterday afternoon he took off his jumper and found the fabric was broken near the button, the jumper was perfect. I have used the bag one month ago, but the seams start to broken. The assistant manager Kieran who is a Korean asked whether my husband had an accident that made me unhappy, I called my husband who explained to Kieran that no accident was happened. He then told me the procedure is to send item to Prada for an assessment in Italy. I am not happy with the outcome, I asked Kieran why the customer service in this store is different from other shops in UK, is that because I am Chinese as most customers are Chinese, I told him I am British and I know my right in this country, I want to speak to the manager. Later manager Pier who is Italian came out and angrily told me firstly that his colleague told him that I accused him as racist, I have never mentioned racist, I just felt I was treated different from any other UK shops. I then told him my bag ream was broken that looks like a counterfeit , he asked me whether my bag was a counterfeit and he said he needs to get checked. I felt the whole experience is so bad shopping in Prada and felt very regret bought items there, I was humiliated by Pier and ruined my whole day, my husband was very angry and tried to talk pier using my mobile phone to give some evidence, but Pier refused to answer the phone that was extremely rude. I am not happy the faulty items need to send back to Prada Italy to carry out assessment, as Prada Italy is not an independent Company that is a bias decision, I need an independent assessor to assess the fault of the fabric and the cost involved for me to travel to Bicester and the time I wasted not be able to use my items. Both items we wish for a refund as the quality is so poor for such luxury items. I have never been treated so bad in a shop in UK before, I wish your staff should respect customers, customers are valuable as it seems they try to convict me as an racist defendant. I am very disappointed with the whole experience shopping in Prada. This is a complaint letter I sent to Prada Italy and hope to hear from them. I shopped in high street like M & S, TKmaxx, gaps etc, my husband has never broken a shirt near the button on the 2nd occation , the custom service in UK high street is much better, I have never seen a shirt being couried to Italy for a biased same company assessment.
