  I ordered a tyre online with a defined appointment slot, when I arrived I was told it was not in stock, it might be on a later delivery. I asked if he could check and was told there was nothing he could do. Then called the Customer Service team after 15 mins wait, told to call another number, which did not work. Called back again was put on hold and after 10 minutes of waiting had to hang up. Avoid Kwik Fit if you can terrible centre and Customer Service.

  An exceptional service received from this branch, after requiring an emergency tyre due to it almost exploding on a motorway, the team identified all four required replacement and identified the defects fast and accurately, just as I had suspected. Gained fast approval from the associated leading company and despite being a high performance size managed to change all four. From not having an appointment and the store being really busy Jon McColl and the team equipped me with as much coffee as I needed and quickly turned the car around so I could continue my journey, without their services I would of been stranded! Excellent service and always hard to juggle when it’s a busy Saturday and still looking after the phones, walk ins and booked customers. Well done team :)
