  Very bad customer service. Staff was not helpful in checking if there was other colours of there products and the attitude of shop floor staff and till staff was appalling. They really need better training in customer service.

  Being trying to speak to someone at Gucci for two days with regards to stock items. I live 2.5 hours away and don’t want to have a wasted journey. They do not answer the phone and the message is saying all lines are busy, even at 9am in the morning first thing. Very poor service for such an expensive shop.
