  I usually come here to buy my cards. But my most recent experience is regarding getting some balloons blown up for a baby shower which I had already been into card factory and previiusly told i could get them done there but on the morning was refused. Anyway, the lady behind the counter was busy which is fair enough but I believe retail is a service which is to be provided and minimal was done in this situation. All she could was say how she was too busy to do the balloons and wouldnt be done today and only with a push of asking questions recommended another shop (party shop round the corner- amazing people)
