  Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish! Firstly nothing is priced in the shop, my wife was quoted £45 m2 for a tile which was dropped to £25 m2 after some jovial bartering. We found the same tile foe £13.50 m2 which was kindly price matched. Alarm bells should have already started ringing! The tiles where then delivered to the wrong address, when they finally arrived they were wrong! Their own tiler Gary started on the Friday with the right tiles which was good as my kitchen was being delivered that Monday. He ran out of tiles and decided to finish early that day. Rang the owner of the shop and he said "Oh, the tiles are here we'll finish Monday". The tiles were finished Monday, the kitchen was delivered everything was fine.... Nope, out of 95 tiles, 5 were moving and 40 were 'hollow'. From that moment on after several phone calls, the owner became evasive. I actually removed one tile which had been dot and dabbed (this is a big no no with tiles) and he said that he had spent too much on tile adhesive because the floor wasn't level and it was our fault! Long story short, I told him I wasn't paying for the floor until it was installed properly, his answer was "you can keep it then". I've now spent £500 and 3 weekends trying to make a bad job not so bad. Please use somebody who knows what they are doing.
