- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-10, by Gary RuffleBought our Lunar at the NEC 3 years ago through Bicester Caravans. We had alot of problems with the van which Bicester Caravans cannot be blamed for. However our experience at Bicester over that 3 years has not been very good. The servicing has been shoddy and not up to the standard one would expect. We have found they are not very customer friendly and their premises are unwelcoming and very difficult to access. The last straw was charging £11.39 to change a faded sticker (which was not requested and the van was supplied with said sticker already faded when new) Needless to say we will not be using them again! DO NOT BYE FROM THIS DEALER.
